P.B.L.S. - Diagnosis Task
How to UseThis is an activity designed to introduce participants to the process of medical diagnosis undertaken by physicians. It uses jelly babies as 'patients' and a system of background information to present a compelling and intriguing case study that participants can attempt to solve.
It needs a team of at least two to act as leaders, one to problem-shoot and introduce the activity, the other to act as a radiographer/pathologist and return test cards according to the guidelines on the test cards (see 'Generic Group Sheets'). |
